No Luck booting with ACPI on new build

I just finished building my system with the latest sources as of
yesterday and I still have this issue. Here is what shows up on the
screen modulo typos from copying it manualy.

wd0d: device timeout reading fsbn 0 (wd0 bn0; cn 0 tn 0 sn 0), retrying
viaide0:0:0: lost interrupt
    type: ata tc_bcount: 512 tc_skip: 0

This happens for a while and then this.

wd1d: device timeout reading fsbn 0 (wd1 bn1; cn 0 tn 0 sn 1), retrying
viaide0:1:0: lost interrupt
    type: ata tc_bcount: 512 tc_skip: 0

Disabling ACPI allows it to boot just fine.
