Setting login_process_size=128 fixed my problems.This is interesting though, I had exactly the same version before rebuilding everything, the only difference is that I nuked my 5.0_RCx chroot and created the chroot using 5.0 sets and then rebuilt all packages. I'll try ktrace later...
