another problem w/ new bind

Hi,

building in src/compat/external/bsd/bind/lib doesn't obey
objdir, everything is created in the source directory.
For example:

build.sh command: ./build.sh -u -N 1 -j 24 -U -m amd64 -O 
/u/NetBSD/arch/amd64/obj -D /u/NetBSD
/arch/amd64/dest -T /u/NetBSD/arch/amd64/TOOLS distribution

This happes (at least) on amd64 and i386.
