pthread problem with recent changes

Hi!

updating (build.sh -u ...) my -current amd64 machine's kernel and
userland after:

  http://mail-index.netbsd.org/source-changes/2009/03/29/msg218960.html

made all my preexisting -lthread programs/binaries dump core. Just
reverting its

  cvs rdiff -u -r1.106 -r1.107 src/lib/libpthread/pthread.c

make them work again.

Does anybody else see this? Did I miss something (complete re-build.sh
needed?)
