[5.0_RC1] panic: trap

I got this panic on a 5.0_RC1 system within 2 minutes of the start of high I/O volume backup.

panic: trap
Begin traceback...
uvm_fault(0xffffffff8096c360, 0x0, 1) -> e
fatal page fault in supervisor mode
trap type 6 code 0 rip ffffffff80453a1c cs 8 rflags 10246 cr2 0 cpl 0 rsp ffff80004f17
panic: trap
Faulted in mid-traceback; aborting...
dump to dev 0,17 not possible
wd7: flush cache command didn't complete
wd6: flush cache command didn't complete
rebooting...

The main filesystem is a 2.8TB RAID10 ffs2 which I switched back today from -o log to -o softdep because of terrible I/O performance.

Kernel was built from yesterday's netbsd-5 src.
