strange netbsd-5 panic, no dump

Hello list,

I just found this on my console (had to hand-write this down), I was still able 
to ping the box, but ssh died, login on the console wasn't possible anymore; 
ddb's reset just hang

uname -a is

Any ideas how to debug this further?
