hangs in 5.99.01/amd64

Hi!

I had three hangs in the last 8 hours, after updating from
4.99.73/20081012 to 5.99.01/20081108.

The symptoms are that file system access hangs, then most applications
stop (because they need files at one point or another).
During the last hang, the kernel was in STATE rfwcond.

/home is a RAID5. There is a broken (only one of two disks actually
are there) RAID1 configured as well, but not mounted.

The last time I had top and systat vm running, this is the output:
