Error building package with pkg_comp due to missing html man page

Hello.

I'get the following when I try to build pkgtools/pkg_chk with under a
chroot'ed environment with pkg_comp:

[stathis@netbsd ~] sudo pkg_comp build pkgtools/pkg_chk

I've been informed that this is caused by a recent change in
bsd.man.mk so that is builds HTML man pages by default.

Does anyone have a workaround for this?

Best regards,
Stathis Kamperis
