Man links for cnmagic?

I recently went looking for info on the console magic-key sequence, and noticed that `apropos magic' returns a man-page header for

        cn_trap, cn_isconsole, cn_check_magic, cn_init_magic,
        cn_set_magic, cn_get_magic, cn_destroy_magic (9) - console magic
        key sequence management

and yet none of the routines listed are linked to any man page! So,
`man cn_check_magic' (or any of the others) returns

man: no entry for cn_check_magic in the manual.

Wouldn't it be proper to add MANLINKS references for these routines?

Is there a better forum to ask this question? tech-kern didn't seem very appropriate. :)
