Could a toolchain/x86 guru briefly explain what we'd have to change in the base
system and/or kernel to support wine on amd64 using 32-bit libraries
as linux does?
I run amd64 in lieu of i386 only so that i am forced to fix things,
e.g. drm, on amd64. ;)

I'd like to help with this, but I don't know enough about what's
involved. And unless this
works, I won't be able to play diablo2!

Thanks,
