I believe (but could be wrong) that the guys playing with acpi and power management put that in there to alert a user of a buggy bios. I don't _think_ it will effect your grub install.

No, it is not related to ACPI or PM. It tells you that your CPU has a
bug and your BIOS vendor is normally supposed to install a microcode
patch.

Ah, good to know. Saw BIOS and just assumed, sorry. I thought I'd seen an ACPI related warning like that but maybe I glossed over then aswell.
