After the latest revert of libpthread/pthread{,_types}.h we are back to 
the rump/fs/lib/libffs issue:

/build/obj/amd64/sys/rump/fs/lib/libffs/libffs.a(ffs_alloc.o): In function

/build/src/sys/ufs/ffs/ffs_alloc.c:307: undefined reference to `cv_has_waiters'
/build/src/sys/ufs/ffs/ffs_alloc.c:390: undefined reference to `cv_has_waiters'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
