tsc_get_timecount() panic on SMP

Hey,

I just had a panic in a core 2 duo and 3GB RAM while using TSC
as timecounter in SMP; note that this doesn't happen when using
another timecounter.

Backtrace was:

tsc_get_timecount()
nanotime()
bintime()
ffs_itimes()
...

or something like this, I can't remember exactly.
