Raidframe problem on current

I was attempting to update one of my NetBSD 3.0 machines to run current but ran
into a problem with Raidframe.

The machine has an autoconfigured RAID1 built on 2 300GB SATA disks with the
root and other filesystems on a PATA disk. The machine is a single CPU Athlon
XP system.

On booting current all the disks are detected but the raid device setup fails
with the following messages printed on the console:

opendisk: can't open dev wd0 (16)
opendisk: can't open dev wd1 (16)
opendisk: can't open dev wd0 (16)
opendisk: can't open dev wd1 (16)
opendisk: can't open dev wd0 (16)
opendisk: can't open dev wd1 (16)

Having looked at the code it suggests that 16 is EBUSY.

Attached is a dmesg from a GENERIC NetBSD 3.0.3 kernel. I'm attempting to boot
a 4.99.50 GENERIC configuration kernel.

Anything I can do to debug this further?

Mike
