Problem with bge network interface after recent changes

Greetings,

I am having problems with bge* network interfaces on amd64. I cannot set
IP address. Instead I get:

bge0: block failed to stop: reg 0x3400, bit 0x00000002
bge0: block failed to stop: reg 0x2400, bit 0x00000002
bge0: cannot assign link-local address
bge0: cannot assign link-local address

It worked with kernel dated January 18th.

Could someone, please, take a look? Thanks.
