My wife -- not a Unix user -- uses KDE quite successfully. Most pieces
of it just work on NetBSD. Some of the multimedia stuff is a bit
flaky, i.e., flash. A couple of years ago, user-switching didn't work
well, but I haven't tried it lately. All in all, I judge it a success.
