I'm using ffsv1. And my fstab is:

/dev/wd0a / ffs rw 1 1
/dev/wd0b none swap sw 0 0
tmpfs /tmp tmpfs rw,-s=512m 0 0
/dev/wd0e /usr ffs rw,softdep 1 2
/dev/wd0f /var ffs rw,softdep 1 2
/dev/wd0g /usr/pkg ffs rw,softdep 1 2
/dev/wd0h /usr/local ffs rw,softdep 1 2
/dev/wd0i /home ffs rw,softdep 1 2
/dev/wd0j /work ffs rw,softdep 1 2
/dev/wd0k /obj ffs rw,softdep 1 2
/work/NetBSD/src /usr/src null ro 0 0
/work/NetBSD/pkgsrc /usr/pkgsrc null ro 0 0
kernfs /kern kernfs rw
procfs /proc procfs rw,linux
ptyfs /dev/pts ptyfs rw

best regards.
