please try one of the mixerctl variables ->

outputs.blue0c.dir=input

or the similar. Still we don't know how does your mixerctl -av look like. I have
azalia ALC861 and this helped me to get it working with headphones (laptop ASUS
A3HF). Previously I had only headphone output when plugging into microphone or
recording line. Now headphones work just great !
