Well, there is no CVS/* with 0 byte. Just some other files ie;

# find /usr/src -size 0c -print 

/usr/src/dist/ntp/libopts/MakeDefs.inc
/usr/src/dist/ntp/sntp/libopts/MakeDefs.inc
/usr/src/distrib/cdrom/hide-iso.lst
/usr/src/etc/etc.hp700/sysctl.conf
/usr/src/gnu/dist/binutils/bfd/doc/elfcode.texi
