Subject: lockups (deadlock?) in -current as of yesterday

On NetBSD/i386 4.99.26 (as of yesterday/today), I'm experiencing what
is likely a deadlock, i.e. wscons takes input, but no filesystem
access, most/all processes are frozen, etc. This was not happening
until I rebuilt the kernel yesterday.

I haven't gotten a change to build a debugging kernel yet; has anyone
else seen this behavior?
