src/lib/libpthread/sched.c is full of a bunch of stubs.  is anybody
actively stewarding these?  I'd like to get them doing actual useful
work, but don't want to reinvent the wheel if somebody else is working
on them.

Mindaugas made mention of work on POSIX message queues.  any progress
being made there?
