This probably is a long shot, but -

The capture shows four CPUs. You have two cores. Are these dual core
Xeons, or the older single core woth hyperthreading enabled? If the
latter, I would try disabling the hyperthreading in the BIOS.

You don't have to rebuild the kernel for these tests - just do a

boot -c

and then

disable pckbc

or even

disable acpi.
