Hi,

yesterday I reinstalled NetBSD (don't ask me why) and I noticed
that the backspace key didn't work. Even when I tried to edit
a file with vi, it was waiting for something or stopped...
effectively ddb was running in /dev/console.

I don't know how the hell it did go to ddb, but that was it.

Please fix your latest changes or back them out completely.
