   I just updated to post newlock and all seems to be going well*, one
strange thing is that I get a message on shutdown

syncing disks... done
unmounting file systems... done
cbb1: bad Vcc request. sock_ctrl 0xffffff88, sock_status 0xffffffff
cbb1: disabling socket
new status 0xffffffff
rebooting...

..has somebody been twiddling in the cardbus code?
