I have inquired with yamt@ regarding specifics of BUFQ_PRIOCSCAN so I
can write something for the sysctl manpage about it.

I also noticed that 512 128 64 corresponds to:

       2^(PROCSCAN_NQUEUE+i)

where i is each array element of priocscan_burst[], thereby yielding
2^[5,7,9] which is [512 128 64].  I asked him if this has any
significance, or if I am just living out the movie Pi. ;)
