The chips contain many functions, VT8237 is a "south bridge" that is also
an ATA controller.

In the same function you can see that the code also knows about
PCI_PRODUCT_VIATECH_VT82C586_ISA but not PCI_PRODUCT_VIATECH_VT82C586A_IDE.
