I'm not sure what a "NetBSD current 3.0 Kernel" is but if you are
trying to build a NetBSD-current kernel under NetBSD 3.0 you have
to use "build.sh" to get a new toolchain first. Please try something
like this:

cd /usr/src
./build.sh -U tools kernel=NAME-OF-THE-KERNEL-CONFIGURATION

Don't forget to add "options COMPAT_30" to the kernel configuration if
you want to use the kernel with a 3.0 userland.
