Using recent i386 installation kernels (including latest boot-laptop.iso
from releng):

pckbc0 at isa0 port 0x60-0x64
kbc: cmd word write error
...
pcic0: controller 0 (Intel 82365SL-DF) has sockets A and B
...
pcic0: controller 0 detecting irqs with mask 0xde18:uvm_fault(0xc09d8fc0,
0, 1) -> 0xe
kernel: supervisor trap page fault, code=0
Stopped in pid 0.1 (swapper) at 0xc02d2fa1:	movl	0x18(%edx),%eax
db>

And I can't type.

That happened with two different i386 -current kernels. But both from
late June since I can't find a newer install ISO.

I also booted the amd64 3.0 install. It booted and got me to the first
menu (to choose language). But my keyboard did not work.

This is a Compaq Presario V2658US notebook. It has a AMD Turion 64 Mobile
Processor ML-37 with PowerNow.

It runs some Linux Live CDs fine.

Any ideas?

Any newer boot ISOs I can try?
