Since I want all the features I find useful in Postfix, I have modified
my local build process to make this easier for me. Luckily, mailwrapper
is build just for this purpose. All CS problems really can be solved
with one more level of indirection, eh?

The diffs are currently on
	http://www.flame.org/~explorer/postfix-pkg.diff
and if given approval, I can commit them. Standard installs should see
no change.

This allows:

The standard postfix startup scripts Just Work.

Applications that call sendmail directly will get the right one.

Admin typing postfix commands will get the right one.

I don't have to REMOVE the base install, and since I rsync /usr
around, this means I can use the pkg version on one box and the
	system on client boxes.
