This should NOT happen. Of course we can't access i/o space when it's 
not enabled. I wonder why it's disabled.

These look ok though.

Are you familiar with pcitweak?
If so please use it to enable i/o and memory access on this card, cross 
fingers and reboot. ( to do that set the lower two bit in the command 
register which is at offset 0x4 ) Hopefully it stays enabled. I'm not 
at all familiar with the rtk driver but enabling i/o and memory access 
there is trivial.
