I cannot seem to convince build.sh to make the tooldir,
#./build.sh tooldir
...
#      link  binstall/xinstall
cc -O   -I/usr/src/bin/ls -I/usr/src/usr.sbin/mtree   -o xinstall

Stop.

I am using a new NetBSD-release-3.0 kernel, updated from a 
NetBSD-release-2.0.

I also had to run ./configure in /usr/src/tools/compat because 
nbtool_config.h was missing

Please help, I tried everything!
