'build.sh distribution' is not working, with compile failures in identd
(fixed easily enough), netstat/route.c (not so easy...), and failures
anticipated in netstat/mroute{,6}.c and other files.  This is apparently
fallout from sys/systm.h non-installation.  You need to remove your
DESTDIR before building to get the full effect: otherwise, a stale
sys/systm.h conceals the lossage.
