There is a port of the FreeBSD driver using the nVidia blob at:
http://www.morgart.com/NetBSD/nVidia/nvnet/

I havent tested it but I will and there is an exception written down  
in the nVidia License for FreeBSD (Allowing them to distributed the  
blob with their sources).
I dont think there would be big problems with nVidia getting the same  
agreement for NetBSD.
