See src/sys/dev/pcmcia/pcmcia.c and pcmcia_cis.c

Define PCMCIADEBUG as well as PCMCIAVERBOSE, and in pcmcia.c, also set
the = 0 assignment of pcmcia_debug to 1.  For pcmcia_cis.c, define
PCMCIACISDEBUG and set that to 1.

Then boot, and then insert card, and post entire dmesg from boot.
