Mine is older and running 1.23. I am using an IBM microdrive as CF.

I compared your boot messages to mine and, other than mine having  
text for vendor/product codes, the only diff I see is:

  uhub0: 3 ports with 3 removable, self powered
-isa0 at gscpcib0
+isa at gscpcib0 not configured
+isa0 at mainbus0
  com0 at isa0 port 0x3f8-0x3ff irq 4: ns16550a, working fifo


If you want to try one more kernel, mine is at ftp://ftp.planix.com/
