Hi,

in my previous 2.0 install, I used poptop+mppe-lkm to give Windows clients =
VPN access.
I switched to 3.0_BETA beause I saw MPPE support was included, but...

Now, pppd says :
########################################################################
=2E..
sent [CHAP Success id=3D... M=3DAccess granted"]
pppd[11322]: MPPE required, but kernel has no support.
=2E..
########################################################################

I tried to compile mppe-lkm (from pkgsrc-2005Q1) but it says:
########################################################################
In file included from ppp_mppe_compress.c:38:
ppp-comp-local.h:8:1: "MPPE_PAD" redefined
In file included from ppp_mppe_compress.c:33:
/usr/src/sys/net/ppp-comp.h:177:1: this is the location of the previous def=
inition
########################################################################

is MPPE supposed to be integrated in 3.x ? meaning my ppp/options may be wr=
ong ?

TIA,
	Jo
