Hi Folks,
	I'm tracking netbsd-2 via cvs, which as I understand
it is the branch leading from 2.0 to 2.n. I actually read
/usr/src/doc/CHANGES-2.1 for headsup on what's changing.
I've found that the revision numbers in this document refer
to the main cvs branch but I expected something more like:

CHANGES-2.1 => revision numbers for netbsd-2
CHANGES-3   => revision numbers for main

Is this a "bug" or do I have a fundamental misunderstanding?

Also, why don't I see CHANGES-2.1 in the cvsweb:/src/doc directory?
