The releng server(s) suffered hardware failures, and are in the process
of being replaced with several Opteron based machines.

In the meantime, I grabbed an ISO image from here:

   http://www.tastylime.net/netbsd/

Of course, these aren't official NetBSD Foundation ISO images so use
them at your own risk.
