I want to point out one problem. For example you
have several partitions and you want to dump them
using fss. But /etc/dumpdates stores names of raw devices.

So you are forced to use different fss numbers for different
partitions. And you should somehow remember what fss number
corresponds to what partition.
IMHO it is quite ugly.

Are there any plans to solve this problem? Maybe wedges
can help here somehow?
