Just for the sake of clearing up any FUD, I want to report that Feico's
mirror is both serving up rather up-to-date deltas, and the cvsupd server
is no longer reporting any obvious problems with RCS file formats.

Thanks Feico, and thanks to anyone else behind the scenes who may have
fixed any problems elsewhere that were revealed by this, that I do not
know or need to know about.
