I've de-__P src/include/**, src/sys/sys/*, src/sys/netinet/* and
src/sys/dev/**

I've tested this on NetBSD/i386 and all is working well, but people
might encounter difficulties on other platforms. I'll be cross
building some of them, but I can't really test them.

(Of course, the fact that anoncvs is kind of dead at the moment
probably means it may be a bit of time before most people notice this
change...)
