I found a very old patch for wi in some ML archive. I think I still have
it somewhere but it is not of much use since the Intersil IP changed
owner quite a few times and the documentation for older (read used in
currently available implementation) chipsets got lost in the process.

I gave up the idea of making some longer links with WiFi for other
reasons - generally bad visibility.

But I still can test any new patches with pcmcia Itersil 2.5 based card
