The machine is still responding to pings and I can switch virtual 
screens, but I can't do anything further as keyboard input isn't 
showing up, ddb won't come up and it doesn't look like it can write a 
crash dump. This is running generic.mpacpi with debug and diagnostic 
enabled 2.99.11.
