For whatever reason, anoncvs got the new version of
sys/dev/isa/files.isa, but not the new version of sys/conf/files, even
though they were checked in within a minute of each other. I reverted
my copy of sys/dev/isa/files.isa to the previous version, and config
runs now. Still waiting on the build to finish, so there may be other
problems, but hopefully not :)

cd /usr/src/sys/dev/isa
cvs update -r1.135 files.isa
