Did you run update/checkout with -dP ?

Follow Havard Eidnes' instructions (he wrote a response to you on
current-users) to clean up your source directory.  A command *something*
like this will clean things up---you should verify my CVS options,
especially:

    cvs -I ! update -dP | grep '^\? ' | awk '{ print $2; }' | xargs rm -f 

Are you using build.sh?  What options do you use with it?  build.sh is
the recommended way to build.
