I tried this year. The answer from M-System was "No, we will not get you specs 
or TFFS SDK even for NDA".

Our conclusion: Never Use Anything From M-Systems. Specially, DiskOnChip 
modules. They are very expensive, not documented, quite unstable and so on. 
Really weird sollution for embedded designs, regardless to M-Systems 
marketing information and what they say.
