It is actually 2 decimal digits.

I don't care what scheme gets adopted, I was just trying to point out
that we already have 2.0G, and NV(2.0G) < NV(2.1) and that is not good
(or not unless we ensure that everything that has been included in 2.0G
gets included in 2.1, or discarded completely - without exception)
