Greetings;

When building the toolchain, what's the full extent of

	$TOOLDIR/lib/gcc-lib/i386--netbsdelf/3.3.3/install-tools/include

supposed to be? I'm getting what I perceive to be a shortage of "fixed"
.h files:

README       iso646.h     pmmintrin.h  stddef.h     xmmintrin.h
emmintrin.h  limits.h     stdarg.h     unwind.h
float.h      mmintrin.h   stdbool.h    varargs.h

In general, I appear to be missing "stdlib.h" and "stdio.h"; and if I
use the /usr/include versions, they need to be sprinkled with #ifn*def
__cplusplus/#endif /* __cplusplus */ in various places.

Assignment: Think about and expound upon the possibilities of these two
questions. What would the world be like today if
    a) the Roman Empire had been defeated early on? (religious implications)
    b) the Stock Market had not crashed? (economical/political implications)
