OK, so I'm really lame at reading Makefiles. However, there does appear
to be a reference to login_chpass in src/libexec/Makefile and there
isn't a directory there.

Browsing on CVSweb, I don't see an attic or any changes to the Makefile,
so it's something on my broken system.

Any help here?

I'm running current on i386, and cvs update'd with -dAPC to make sure
everything was clean.
