I can't seem to find your original message, so apologies if you've
already looked into this...

Since this is current-users, I assume you're running either the 2.0
branch or -current, in which case that ipf version is old; it should
be 4.1.1. Did you rebuild and install the new version of the ipfilter
userland tools?
